Since Nov of last year, one of my claim requests remained open until this week. There was no timely effort on Pet Health Insurance but when you did and prompt action was taken the claim remained day after day with dozens of calls seeking assistance. The personnel called were less than helpful except for one lady named Linda. She spotted a problem with the sourcing of your information. Once she did that, I felt things would move fast but nothing.
