wait time on hold is terrible probably averaging 10 minutes or longer--
communication on filing claims not good--mailed in claim which was never received--emailed in 30 days later and never accknowledged--one took a week to accknowledge and the other was never acknowledge until I called--still have not heard the results of the second claim.
very disappointed with communication or lack of it and there timeleness in communication, acknowleding, and payment of claims--that is why we buy insurance
