We submitted a number of claims and a percentage of them are refused due to "previous condition" which we now have to try and prove they were not. Paperwork, calls to doctors, have them write conditions and history of our pet, the amount of time it takes to do all this is not worth the monthly cost of the insurance.
I wouldn't recommend your service to anyone. It would be better if we just pay the vet bill and be done with it.
