The insurance has really helped in offsetting some of the costs, which is needed when you have 3 dogs. My only complaint is the reimbursement time. I’m just wondering how some other pet insurance co.’s are reimbursing from immediately to 7 days and we have to wait weeks. The reimbursements aren’t large so it’s not hurting us, but I’m sure it’s impacting others. I have found the monthly costs to be cheaper for PetsBest and they have more options compared to other companies, so pros outweigh the cons. Overall happy and would recommend, if you can wait for reimbursement up to a month.
