Pets Best has been very good with regards to payments for my two dogs. I've had to submit a couple of appeals in the last year when i was referred to specialists and it was incorrectly coded as a new incident, but both were handled quickly and in my favor. It takes a lot longer for a claim to be processed than it used to, which is my only reason for 4 vs. 5 stars. Overall a great experience.
