After providing Pets best some recent feedback, I feel there has been improvement in the evaluation of my claims. Every month my dog needs a renewal of Apoquel, sometimes he has to be seen by the vet before the prescription is renewed and sometimes he does not. After my feedback I no longer have to resubmit each claim twice with the same explanation,
