I've been very happy with Pets Best for my golden retriever. I first liked that I could insure her before bringing her home as a puppy, so almost all of her waiting periods had passed by the time I picked her up. I was happy about the great selection of options to make my premium very affordable. It has been easy to submit my claims, and though I had heard that wait times for processing were longer than with some other companies, I have found that 2-3 weeks is the norm, and everything that I had assumed would be covered according to my plan was covered. I am rating 4.5/5 instead of 5/5 only because my premium did increase quite a bit from year one to two (though still much less than many other companies), so it does make me nervous about the upcoming years' increases, but with the amount that I was reimbursed for her health needs so far, it has been worth it.
