I gave 4 out of 5 stars only because of the time my claims took to process. I was told there was a 42 day turn around for claims and it took all 42 days. I was very thankful though that even though it took a long time, I was reimbursed for every cent I anticipated I should be. I am so thankful I decided to get Pets Best Insurance when I did. I only had it in place a few months when my little buddy got sick out of nowhere. I feel so much better knowing I have it in place and that he can continue to get the care he needs without it being so stressful. And the agents I talked to anytime I called were always so pleasant and helpful.
