The first individual I dealt with at your office , left a very sour taste in my mouth . He was unprofessional,not respectful, no help whatsoever, was not concerned about my hearing impairment. Our conversation ended on a sour note . I had hoped to get guidance as to what I needed to do , he was more Robotic than helpful , instead I had to figure things out for myself .
I will review all aspects of my encounter with your Insurance company.
