Claim took 60+ days to process because of errors on adjuster's part.
Poor customer service-most recent CSR continued to speak over me instead of listening to my concerns and issues and really just was not pleasant to talk to.
*First CSR I spoke with was lovely* I would give her 5*. 2nd CSR gets 1*
