After trying a few different pet insurance companies, I landed on Pets Best and have been with them for years now. I have a senior Frenchie, so there are lots of vet visits for us, making pet insurance an absolute essential. I appreciate how easy the claims process is, and am glad that I was able to choose a plan with a reimbursement and monthly payment that worked for me. I took away a star because my monthly payment goes up substantially year after year. I understand from a business standpoint why they would do this considering an older dog is more likely to have health issues, but I can't help but feel like I'm being penalized for being a loyal customer every time I see that price hike. Still worth it to have the policy though.
