I am revising my review because what was allowed to be repaid was minus the deductible which I was sure I had paid already, but I had not. I was under the deductible and so I now rate them as a four since they explained it to me over the phone. It could possibly help in the future, but a new deductible starts again in July. You really need to read everything thoroughly and ask questions if you are not sure about reimbursements. Betty
