Overall very good. Only leaving 4 stars because they take sometimes up to a month or longer to process claims and get you reimbursed. Also can be picky about receipts. I submitted a receipt for meds from Vetco and they reimbursed a portion but said the remaining 2 items needed itemized receipts. Didnt make sense given that they reimbursed for other items on the same receipt.
