The reason of 4 stars. I have been a customer for a long time. Had excellent response from insurance. Submitting claims as I was directed. Quick response. Lately long delays with different reasons. Lately I was told delay was waiting for doctors reports. Copies of my receipts and payment with doctors treatment and meds along with reasons of treatment. Was never told to submit actual doctors reports. Now I will Include doctors reports or copies. 42 days waiting is not excepted. Since I was following filing directions since being a customer. Also did submit one doctors reports due to reconstruction surgery. But on smaller claims just claim forms signature and copy of payment. Recommend having insurance also send copy of doctors written reports for treatments
