I had to call 10 times a month My claim was changed from an accident to a wellness claim then from a broken tooth to an epilus even though I had submitted all the records 20 days in I received an email stating that my claim was on pause as they were waiting for records they wanted all past records from every vet she had ever seen they had them within two hours 4 days later still on pause then, in the end, they denied a significant portion saying cleaning is wellness even though the vet specifically stated that is standard procedure before the surgery and it does not incur an additional charge
