I have nothing bad to say about Pets Best. They took longer than expected to get my claims and also Pets Best raised my rates by 30% since last year. In their defense, auto and other insurance companies have gone up but from $25 to $33 is quite high. The staff was very friendly and the supervisor did get back to me promptly to address my concerns. I would accept rate raise if more increase in benefits but it remained the same.
