Overall a good experience, however be very careful when you take your pet in for a dental cleaning. PetsBest will not pay for it. I happen to have the highest tier and the highest wellness plan and PetsBest only paid $200 on a $1,000 dental. I’m out $800. I pay about $140 a month for 2 dogs to be covered under this insurance. My dogs have been on this plan for 3 years.
