It was very easy to get started, and all the options were explained well. The claim submission process is quite easy, and the explanation of benefits is well-stated. The only negative thing was for a time the claim processing took a long time, but this was also during the covid situation. I am delighted to say that our last claim was processed in just over 24 hours!
