Customer Service was very helpful and kind. However, I had to resubmit my claim multiple times because my proof of payment wasn't acceptable despite sending the invoice that said it was paid for. I felt uncomfortable sending images of the check I used to pay for the visit. Processing time has taken a long time and I still haven't received money back yet.
