The reimbursement is ALWAYS less than anticipated. I pay $100. Month and was reimbursed $6 (of $200) for an annual wellness visit plus heart guard, ultimately paying $297 total. What is a wellness benefit if ultimately penalized for well visits and preventive care? There are other providers with better wellness benefits better off having catastrophic insurance.
