Normally I'm pretty satisfied with the insurance. But this time I'm not satisfied at all. I took and purchased two chewable tabs for flea and tick protection and the insurance did not cover it and partially cover the annual heartworm shot protection. Basically saying it was outside of the physical policy amount. They gone up on the insurance payments an are covering less than they use to.
