Very angry! Been with this company for years covering 2 pets. Very rarely have I had claims (apparently having ANY is too much with this company). And yet they have gotten their premium payment every month without fail. Now, I get the info of what my NEW RENEWAL will be, it's HALF AGAIN what my premiums have been...........over the top outrageous! Was paying about $100, now they want over $150, INSANE! When I called, they said "oh you can raise your deductible or lower your percentage of payout to reduce the premium"..........so they expect me to PAY MORE for LESS COVERAGE.........RIP OFF BIG TIME! I've filed a complaint with the Texas Insurance Commission..........for unfair practices......I urge anyone else to do the same if they are having issues. Every state has an "Insurance Commission" for just this reason and they DO COVER PET INSURANCE COMPANIES. What they are doing is NOT RIGHT!
