I'm pleasantly surprised. I adopted a 3 yr old dog, and I worried that any unknown conditions would be considered pre-existing, but they weren't. The insurance only covers one vaccine per year, and there was a longer wait time for coverage than I thought, but other than that they've helped me afford better care of my dog.
