It could give faster responses, as sometimes it takes too much time.
It could be even more specific about what will cover the insurance, either if calling or an online estimator of common cases that could happen. When I called they were not able to tell me if XYZ treatment will be covered, they always said that they need to wait for the Vet report.
And if you have an estimator tool online I could not find it, and the details of the policy are too broad, it will be nice for you to have a list of possible cases (at least the one that you identify as the most common ones)
