Seriously thought of going a lower star rating on the customer service. Put in my first wound claim, besides one previous wellness claim, and it has been 2 1/2 weeks so far with zero reimbursement. I submitted everything that I was given (it was a torn paw pad plus follow up visit), nothing too major… But still no reimbursement. Tried to call today they disconnected me twice, I finally got through to the auto portion and all it did was reroute me over and over to the same messages. Terrible customer service at this point.
