Up until recently, the coverage was great.
However, my pup had a ear/skin infection claim denied after it sat in processing well over 30 days. Disputing and hopefully will be corrected, but frustrating nonetheless.
The claims processing speed is very slow. Expect 2-4 weeks regularly.
Customer service is also very slow and vague.
If you don't mind waiting a couple weeks or more, and resubmitting claims every now and again, they will eventually get paid/reimbursed.
