Worst experience. Only interested in collecting and jacking up the premiums. Very slow processing claims and finds every reason to deny the claim. They don’t trust their customers and even questions the vets diagnoses.
Will not recommend this to anyone. Pet owners will be well off without insurance rather than having pets best.
