My experience with Pets best has not been super good. I first got an email stating they were going to cover $350 of my $859.00 bill. Then I get an email saying that they needed more information and needed a copy of the invoice explaining all the charges. Then I get notification that they're going to pay $14. I don't know that I'm a good person to do a review right now.
