I had to wait a longer than expected time to receive payment and as of this review it is still not in my checking account. The numerous "apology" emails were appreciated (in the beginning).
This was a large out-of-pocket expense for me and since my dog was very ill, I had no choice but to bring her to the Emergency 24/7 Animal Hospital and of course ,pay everything up front.
This is not what I expected from Pets Best
