Website and submitting claims is easy. But caps on what they pay back are way too low. Simparica Trio meds for flea/tick/heartworm for the year cost me $350, and PetsBest only paid back $80.
I had Nationwide for pet insurance previously, and they paid out 90% (and their dues are the same as Pets Best). I'll definitely be reconsidering my renewal.
