The idea is nice, but ultimately didn’t help. I do like the live chat with the vet, just to get some advice was great. However, when it comes to returns, didn’t get back as much as I thought I would, and took much longer than said to get my claim. When I called I was just told they were behind, and no eta given. When asked if this is my first claim, was told.. oh yeah those can take a bit.. why? it was a basic visit with blood work, nothing huge. Anyway not particularly impressed, and I did cancel as it really didn’t help as much as I thought it would. I can see where there would be some benefit for some, but just not for me.
