This is the first and only pet insurance company that I have ever used. They are very slow to process claims. I just finished submitting a claim online and the "anticipated processing window" is 3 1/2 weeks from now. If approved, direct deposit payment will be another 5 to 7 days after that. After meeting my $1000 deductible recently, I did receive a direct deposit reimbursement a little over a month after submitting the claim. I use the Pets Best app for iOS and it is not the best. I always have a trouble with it and have to try several times before it will accept my online claim. I will have to say that the phone operators have been very friendly and helpful on the occasions that I have had to call for information or support.
