It is difficult to communicate via email.becuase you get "canned" responses. Receipt submittal required multiple attempts because a 1 inch by 3 inch cash register receipt was covering a very small portion of the invoice. THEN, the reimbursement amount was reduced by the deductible AND a copay...I guess I didn't read closely enough because I didn't understand there was a copay for every service also....wecare already paying the vet so....not sure this insurance is worth it. 115/mo for two dogs. First Submittal was $620 and only get $94 back
