Pets Best has not met my standards for pet insurance. Unfortunately, I have to stick around with them until All my appeals go through. Their times are so delayed and I truly feel that they don't review any claims and instantly deny. They denied a procedure that wasn't elective but covered other stuff? It's a waste of my time having to appeal everything after waiting an extra 15 days ok top of their turn around time to hear back. The only good thing are the reps are understanding but clearly whoever reviews claims is not doing their job well enough.
