Took over a month to reimburse me for my dog’s medication that he’s been on for years. When I called, I was told that everything looked in order, but the adjuster was backed up. It shouldn’t take 6 weeks to get reimbursed, by especially after Pet Best just raised my rates. Also, it took me forever to talk to an actual human being when I called. I kept getting disconnected so I finally pretended I was possibly a new client. After that, I was connected to a person , then that person transferred me to someone who could update me on the status of my claim. This whole process of jumping through hoops to talk to someone is beyond frustrating.
