Unhappy with the wellness portion. I just spent $1,300 for 2 dogs wellness checkups with only $10 being covered because my vet told me they were due for their annual 11 months after their last checkup. You guys should change this to annually not 12 months. This is why I’m cancelling. I spent just as much money paying for the insurance as I did for the wellness checkup so I’d rather just save my money and pay for the wellness checkups out of pocket.
