I have had Pets Best insurance since I got my cockapoo 16 years ago. In the past the service
was good but had only a couple small claims. This year I’ve had to jump through hoops to get anything covered despite ample documentation and repeated emails and calls.. The manager at my vet has been astounded at the exorbitant amount of information they’ve required for a routine claim
