This was such a waste of my hard earned money. We pay so much every quarter and barely ever get any money back. It takes forever for them to process the claims. I have one that has been out there for almost two months. I also just got notified that I am getting $1.80 back for our dogs last routiene wellness exam, which was over $160. Not even two dollars back? Aweful. Never again will I use this company.
