This is my first experience with pet insurance so I have nothing to compare against. I've found the explanations timing of reimbursements to be good and I think the monthly cost of insurance is ok. It is a comfort knowing it's there if I ever really have an emergency. But I'm not sure if the monthly cost will ever pay for itself. I guess if it did, the company couldn't stay in business 🤔
