My only complaint is that I wasn’t informed of a time lapse, from the day I signed up to the day my dog was actually covered, so when I took my dog into the vet because she was sick before the “wait time” was over, they declared she has a pre-existing condition and they won’t cover medications and other related expenses. Read all the small print! I’m in the process of appealing this.
