I’m happily surprised at how painless it has been to submit a claim, get it approved, and get reimbursed. The first time I submitted a claim I expected it to be a hassle and figured there would be some reason why I wouldn’t get covered. But it turned out to be a pretty straight forward process. One of my claims took a little more back and forth than I thought was necessary, but once we got it figured out with the paperwork from the vet, it was fine. Thank you!
