Taking a month to process a single claim for ear check & vaccine is totally unacceptable; I'm so glad I paid the vet & didn't ask them to wait for the claim to process since I still haven't been reimbursed for the vaccine. What kind of extended records could possibly have been needed (2 notices on that) and why did you contact me for his adoption date (single request) other than to further delay? Why not ask about adoption when you sold the policy? At this rate, it'll take years just to get the value paid in premiums back so buying the 'deluxe' plan was idiocy on my part. This policy will not be renewed, that's for sure, and I'm very likely to just forget I have it since getting payment is more hassle than it's worth in nickles & dimes & delay tactics. This company is the epitome of the worst story you can imagine when thinking about getting an insurance company to pay on a claim.
