This is the worst place to get insurance. They are very dishonest, have no customer support, and do not cover your vet bills. I had a vet visit for my dog who had a viral infection. The total cost was over $1500. After the $500 deductible and a $223 co-pay, I received a whopping $300. When I cancelled the policy despite having paid premiums since September of 2022, I got a whopping $22 as a prorated refund. This place is a joke. They take a really long time to process your claim, making sure they get the premium before giving you the finger on your claim. Please I implore you to read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) before you purchase this insurance. You will see all of the complaints have the same theme. Do not, I repeat, stay away from this company.
