Reimbursement times are very slow and not consistent. I've submitted numerous claims since June and some have been processed while others just sit there. Processing times vary from days to multiple weeks, which I have to believe is not based on order of submittal but on who the claim is assigned to. Outside of that, I've never had any issues with Pets Best overall and they've always covered everything that was in my policy. If reimbursement times were faster and more consistent they would definitely get 5 stars.
