I’ve been waiting for a VERY long time for my claim to be approved, and all I get is an email saying they are sorry with no update to how much longer I might be waiting. I pay a lot of money for this insurance, I shouldn’t have to wait multiple months for my claims to be approved and for me to get my money back when my pet falls ill. If I didn’t have an elderly animal, I would go elsewhere. Will not be using them for my next pet.
