If you’re using your pet insurance for everyday wellness, this insurance is great. They were quick with approving my claim for wellness. However, I submitted a larger claim in relation to a minor trauma that was close to $1000 in medical fees and I have yet to have them even process my claim after almost a month. I’m hoping it is just because it is more money so they have to review more, but I’m skeptical since most pet insurance places promise your money in no more than a week.
