My old insurance covered every test but fecal even if it wasn't an emergency but Pets Best does not which was disappointing to me, especially if your pet develops a chronic condition that requires regular testing, not on an emergency basis. The other issue I have is how slow they are when you submit a claim. They say they are quick once the claim is processed but it takes forever to get to processing. However they pay without issue.
