I feel like I am better off without pet insurance cause it's not worth it. It did not cover much & I paid a lot out of pocket. Not even going to receive that much money back. Don't use best pets. It's not worth it. It's hard to get a refund because first of all you felt like it was not old to me all the money. So I paid for the doctor's visit.
