Customer service is great when you call in. When you open a claim it says please give them 21-30 days to settle the claim. It took longer than 31 days for my claim to be settled.
It will be over 40 days before I receive the check. I'm not sure if it's cause I had a claim but my monthly rates were increased about 20%.
