We have used Pets Best for a year and a half now. And as a mostly single mom to our dog, I have submitted many claims. Our pup gives me a heart attack every other week due to his ability to run everywhere and eat everything. Pets Best has given me the peace of mind that when an emergency arises, I can take him to vet and will have most of the visit covered. Seeing a veterinary professional allows me to remain calm and get informative diagnosis as opposed to trying to do it myself via the internet. The only reason for my 4 star rating instead of 5 stars is that it does take a month or more for a claim to be processed. However, we have never had to submit a counterclaim and the EOB is always informative on how much of each individual item is being covered.
